You may cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after the goods were received. We will refund the price of the goods in full and reimburse you for the delivery costs paid, except where multiple items have been ordered and only part of the order is being returned.
Please note that any orders for personalised or customised goods are non-returnable and some goods may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us. Where a refund is appropriate, we will respond as quickly as possible, and all requests will be processed within 30 days from the date you gave written notice of cancellation.
To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, undamaged and in the original packaging, at your own cost and risk. We recommend using recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in the post.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund by e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you or offer an exchange as soon as possible and no later than 30 days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
All refunds or reimbursements will be made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
